Finally the rain left and we were given a weekend with sunshine and some warmer weather. Saturday afternoon, myself, Arianna and mom (grandma) went out for a quick lunch and then headed to Canterbury Village for a walk around. Arianna liked seeing the big castle there as well as the merry-go-round. Also just a day spending time together is always a plus.
Today Arianna and I met up with a friend of mine and had lunch at Rainforest Cafe which is always a treat with all the animals and lots of colorful fish swimming in the tanks. Then a good walk around the mall and some new books for Arianna from Miss Susan as a belated birthday gift topped off our visit. The new Donald Duck and Alvin & the Chipmunks books were read and looked through as soon as we got home.
My Sunday ending was sweet...Arianna somewhat snuggled on my lap & her dozing off to sleep was great. She's almost too big to fit on my lap now so I will enjoy as many of those snuggles as possible while we can.
Now that allergy season is about over, I decided it's time to do more chelation and get back to the digestive aids and supplements for Arianna. I will hope that this coming month Arianna does well with these things and that any symptoms will be tolerable for her so that she can finish out her first year of school well.
